My aim is to provide an environment that feels safe for you to explore the problems you are experiencing and working together, we will tailor the sessions to your needs. The therapeutic work we do will aid self-awareness and understanding, enabling you to adopt new attitudes and feelings in relation to the obstacles you have been facing.
I am a registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy) and
adhere to the Ethical Framework for Counselling Professions as required by this organisation. Part of this requirement is to complete at least 30 hours of Continuing Professional Development a year and to have regular Clinical Supervision.
My qualifications and training include an Advanced Diploma in Transactional Analysis (Psychotherapy), an Advanced Diploma in Humanistic Counselling, and a Diploma in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy. I am also qualified as a CRUSE bereavement volunteer.
I am fully insured to carry out the business of counselling and psychotherapy with Holistic Insurance Services.
